Process

From collection to construction applications

    Processing

    Washing, drying, shredding and granulation will prepare consistent feedstock.

    Compounding

    Polymer, fibre and additives will be melt blended into a stable composite formulation.

    WPC Manufacturing

    Extrusion and forming lines will produce profiles to defined dimensions.

    Quality Testing
