Materials will be separated by polymer type, grade and cleanliness.

Washing, drying, shredding and granulation will prepare consistent feedstock.

Polymer, fibre and additives will be melt blended into a stable composite formulation.

Extrusion and forming lines will produce profiles to defined dimensions.
