Process

Plastic waste and agro residue sourced from aggregators, sawmills and processors.

Prepare
Material is washed, dried, shredded and precisely dosed by formulation.

Compound
Polymer and fibre are melt-blended with additives for UV and moisture resistance.

Extrude
Continuous profiles are formed, cooled, embossed and cut to length.

Verify
Samples pulled from every batch are tested before release.
